Delete the account off your HDD, then recover it. Also, be sure to change the password. If that does not work then call customer support.

I honestly don't know how this happened. I'm smart enough not to give out my password and I don't even know what my security question/answer is (I might if I see it). I've just reset my password and I'm going to call my mom real quick to see if for some reason my account is still on her xbox, because last weekend I brought my GT over there on a USB, but as far as I know, her boyfriend is the only one that plays xbox there and he made his own GT...
