still am banned until the 28th of this month so it's not to bad but am still i do find it pretty wierd they are banning me for that length of time

You need to remember, xbox is a family console, meaning there's likely to be people on it as young as 4/5, I'm sure if swearing was allowed in people's bios/mottos Microsoft would get hundreds of complaints. You broke the rules & you have to pay.
