I need help updating to the latest dashboard.

Im not a newbie little kid with a high voice and im a good listener when in comes to instructions.

so could someone please post in the comments bellow and help me. or send me to someones post? cuz i cant find any verified posts that show you how to do it.

it really wouldnt matter as long as he has all the files that he needs its the same process.
