Hello,
I have a problem with my Xbox Account.Meine e-mail address has been blocked and my profile should be chopped and then I deleted my account so that others can download the hack and the ..... But as far as it was not at all because whenever I or someone else wants to download my profile is an error code and then nothing more!!
1) What can / should I do
2) How do I get my account back?
3) Or is lost hops and malt?

That usually means you have been banned. Call Microsoft and see what you can do.
