Haven't seen many good Tutorials out for this so here we go

ALL COMMENTS ARE FROM THE PREVIOUS PRESTIGE GLITCH - I JUST EDITED THIS TOPIC

THIS IS 100% LEGIT WORKING AS OF 4th Jan 2012

*Must be level 55+*

Step1- Have a friend invite you - Join

Step2- Plug in a second controller and sign into a level 80 account - Go to Barracks, Prestige Mode, Click (A) until your hovering over 'Enter Prestige'

Step3- Have your friend look for a game, then back out

Step4- The box with 'Enter Prestige' should still be open, but you should be able to control the screen behind the box,with your first controller- double tap (B) - you will now be able to control the prestige mode box

Step5- PRESTIGE!

You will now be level 1 on the next prestige!

Ive heard it does, try it, also there is no way IW can tell you have done it, it leaves no trail, therefore no ban
