Hello, welcome to Santan FC or as you will come to know us on FIFA (Possessionals)
we will eventually be hoping to create an 11 man possession style pro clubs team,
to start with we are looking to recruit and create a 6-7 man squad,
try to create a good chemistry with in the team, get a steady playing style and a winning mentality
and then slowly add to the team
bringing the new players in to our little possessional family!

What We Are Looking For




Right, Ideally im looking to trail a group of versatile players, this way i can play one team one day
and switch the next, theres nothing better as a manager with team that doesn't moan about where they play, also i see it as

a chance that if you want a set position then you can then fight for it......







- Goalkeepers -


Must be a good shotstopper, be capable of making the right decision at the right time, not come out of the net for our

corners and also be comfortable in a different position for the switch with players, must also be confident on the ball

outfield.


- Defenders -


Common sense really for defenders, hold your line, be confident in tackling on FIFA 12, also be creative in getting the

ball forward don't just hoof it unless its absolutely necessary.


- Midfield -


This is where the magic happens, must have great passing credibility, not be afraid to pass back, be totally aware of your

surroundings and also have the ability to mix it up, clever 1-2's and
and the ability to switch the ball across and around the center of the field is essential, also need
to be defensive minded as well as attacking minded.


- Forwards -


As a forward I think it depends on the goalkeeper, obviously a good finisher is required, but with human goalkeepers, I

think it essential to judge when to pass and when to shoot, skill is required
to take on defenders and goalkeepers, quick passing and immense vision, must be very quick on the decision making concept

and be very confident on the ball, as for cpu keepers the odd shot from outside the box is acceptable.









Been playing clubs since F10

Pass thinking player, will always look for the pass before the shot, like to play it around abit, hate constant attacks and
over the top through balls, like playing with mature players that play the game and get on with it!
