omfg
How did this get over 200 replies? :S
It's been gravedug like 5 times, the art in it isn't very good and most of it seems to be a recurring discussion about whether it's printed or not.
Of course it's not printed, but it's not that good either, at his age I was doing impressionist paintings based on Monet and stuff. ZBrush was doing really detailed drawings compared to this.
Focus on your shading because it's ruined it. It's a simple object to draw but the shade it requires some knowledge of the way light hits it. I take it these aren't the plastic reflective ones little kids wear but even so you go from dark to light almost instantly on the right. You should keep to the light source and carry the shadow across the top of the boot. Also you're messy when it comes to shading, it's blotchy, there are patches of dark and light and I know they aren't intentional.
You can practise by shading spheres and moving the light source around to get used to it.
