Okay so I found this Amazing glitch on the 17th of December 2011 post fall 2011 dashboard patch and this is a tutorial for it, it allows you to change your age on Xbox live to say your over 18 so you can use Call of Duty Elite and what not on your Xbox.
What you will need is a Xbox, a computer, and 800 Micro$oft points
Step 1. Change the E-mail address linked with your account to one that says its over 18 years of age. To do this you need to go to Xbox.com and sign in with your account info and go to the my account tab. Then at the bottom of the my account page click on contact preferences then change the E-mail associated with your account. (one that says your 18)
Step 2. You will have to wait for your E-mail to verify and what not. To check that go to the social tab on the Xbox dashboard and click on your avatar then scroll to the right and check that the Windows LIVE ID is the one that you changed it to.
Step 3. Once the new E-mail is linked you will have to change your gamer-tag on Xbox live (I would wait a day just to be absolutely sure that the E-mail registers) then after you change your gamer-tag you should be able to access all of the Xbox Live features like M rated Content, Call of Duty Elite and others that require a 18 year old account
If you have any questions fell free to message me and also I am NOT responsible if you do this wrong and your money only goes towards a name change
Also I would recommend that you try to do this when you actually want to change your name so if you do mess up. It wasn't for nothing
And again If you do this correctly and it works please post saying so.
thank ya
Also I live in the U.S. I do not know about in this working in the U.K. my friend from there said it worked for him but that's not me saying that so be careful

Or you can just go on Msn.co.uk
go on account details and change your age to 18.
And then you dont need points and to go through all that complication
