RGH JTAG getting banned?

If i have my RGH ''JTAG'' on blocked xbox live and blocked xbox live account creation is there still chances i can get banned by having an internet cable plugged in? i want to be able to use the weather app and stuff on FreeStyle dash but i dont wanna risk getting banned. i dont have a router so i cant block the ports or anything i use wired internet. Anyone know what the chances are? Thanks

rgh jtag a reset glitch is not the same as a jtag but i no what your talking about . If you connect to Xbox live you always take the risk of getting banned. does your console have a dual nand
