Hey i'm to a level 21 in Skyrim and I can't level up it doesn't show the level up bar or anything i'm just stuck there any help would be nice...

Maybe you haven't filled your xp bar yet?.. or maybe you just havent taken an arrow to the knee.

weird it was completely full it seemed for awhile hmm it worked now

When you fully level up it shows the full bar until u click and level up in the star screen, when u finally level up the bar will show your next level up progress Hope i helped
