Black ops white screens when i try to start up the game immediatly after the treyarch intro.

I bought the game a few days ago installed it to my hardrive before playing, I even played it for a few hours before this problem.. I've tried deleting the games title update and all of my save game data but still no luck.

If anyone can help me resolve this i will be very gratefull.

this happened when my game got messed up. Check the disk for scratches. Just because you install doesn't mean it will work forever

The disk is scratch u need to buy a new one

The disc looks perfectly fine to me, even gave it a clean but still no luck still got the receipt guess ill take it back.
