I Think You'll Find It's Infinity Ward (IW) That Ban People Not Activision. If Activision Knew About This They Would Tell IW To Fix It. So Far The Glitch Is Still 100% Working And No One Has Been Banned. Thanks!

It still works as of today i just did it for the first time and I have a lot of double xp so I hope I don't get banned

IF people do end up getting banned then make a new PSN/XBL Account. IF you do get banned it will just be that account and you will NOT be console banned from MW3. When you make a new account you can start fresh with a new K/D, W/L Etc. I still don't think your account will even get banned though. It's not our fault their game is faulty we are just taking advantage of it like every human being should do. You only live once, Enjoy it while it lasts!
