that's definitely good enough. one of the best i've seen infact.
maybe make the WRM at the top a teeny bit more visible against the swirling red though, just make it a bit brighter or sharper maybe.

That is nice, but it seems that some of the flares / misc lines cover up the two logos by the top.

Fade the grey box abit so people can see the content behind it.
