you can with ifile if you mean like mod modify. But if you mean your old gamesaves, there screwed buddy......sorry.

Yes u can, depending in the game ull be able to mod it

Well the main one I noticed was Plants vs Zombies, as that game takes forever to complete

ok, i think this might help more here's a full tutorial:
1.Go into ifile, go settings and turn on app names(this helps so it says the name instead of jug93-0q8i56901-8jfpui09685-41 for example)
2. once that is done, find yourself a gamesave online, download it to ifile, and modify it in.
3. you should be all set now, except make sure you download from a trusted place, your safest one be megaupload, and even that's not safe. I could look for safer ones
