There was a tutorial, but its patched. Just wait for a new one to come out.

Nope,sucks too because i was hoping i could do a license transfer from my main,hopefully someone will find something

There is a way but im not sure if it is patched as of late, but you cannot play online games or buy anything or use msp you can only change profile info etc.
there is no way to get into a banned profile and play XBL
You sign in and right when you see the back of the xbox stuff changed press the XBOX guide button in the middle of the controller, so right before it says your banned you press it and it should get you in.

right as your signing in to your banned account press the guide button and you will be signed into your account but you cant go on live or on any game just at the dashboard and i think you are able to do a license transfer from there.
