Oh, really? I didn't know, I was informed that each prestige you get one prestige token. I haven't bothered to prestige on Modern Warefare 3 since I rarely play online and just play Infected.

I only have 4 so yeah.

The code is sorta right !
and yes they can actually ban you several ways .... ( and the maximum for prestige tokens is unlimited .. because of there challanges and tournaments they host on Elite or they would have just set a max of idk , 5, 10, 15 , 20 )

now another way is through elite , if you have like 22 days of double xp something will look weird

or you chould just add a code like they did with number 0 in a TU :/ so if your on -(watever) you cannot use them .... so instead of banning just reset the people who have used it the most so like if someone has use 50 days double xp and they have prestige twice with that take them back 2 prestiges and so on and leave them on -100 prestige tokens so that they dont actually after hash accounts

there are many ways ...

Really? They will take the necessary actions... Well let me see here, im pretty sure IW was in charge of MW2 is that fair to say? They weren't even the ones who patched the challenge lobbies, PS3 did. "they will take the necessary actions to enure their game is running without problems" is all bullshit. A freakn 9 year old kid(my little brother) was hosting challenge lobbies by himself on mw2, all he had to do was follow a freakn youtube video and he was in. So if a 9 YO kid could host challenge lobbies on mw2 for at least 4 months, with IW knowing about it (because it was pretty obvious about all the online hacking by force hosting) explain to me how they are going to take the necessary actions on mw3?? sure they did a couple hot fixes on some guns, put a couple of death barriers her and there, but i have never heard of anyone getting banned.

You're wrong, IW is retarded. They may have wrote their single player well but MW3 and 2 have the worst net code I've seen for any large scale multiplayer game. I don't think anyone from IW will be giving bans, seeing as how they couldn't figure out why so many people were having trouble matchmaking through mw2, and 3. They can't just ban people on a whim either they will have to have legitimate proof that you broke their ToS which means they will probably mass-ban all that they find by the end of the month, but this is only speculation, so don't take it seriously.
