I like the fractals (If thats what they are) around the sig, but the render blends too much in with the background, especially around the sniper and torso.
This kind of annoys me [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
It just looks too much like the helmet, but the red you added to the eye is a very nice effect.
Ill give it a good 7/10

I really like the flares / fractals around the sniper. But as stated above, the render blends in a lot with the background.

OH, i see what you are talking about. It was supposed to be smoke coming off his helmet, but oh well, i will go back and fix it later.

Yeah, and his arm that is right near his bending leg is hard to distinguish behind the background, and the focal is kind of in a weird spot, I looked right at the trigger area of the sniper.
