It looks a bit cluttered...
The sides look uneven, because the Viral Resources box is larger than the Members box.
The dots, and the bevel all over the EvilStudios logo on the top kill it.
Other than that, I really like it.
Nice colors, that blue is my favorite.

Either the blue or light gray would look the most professional if that's the look you are going for.

Colors are okay, but not really much for web design.

Web design should be very appealing to the eye as it will keep members feeling better about using the site.
