ive heard alot about these lvl 50 games in halo 3. I was just wondering if i was in the party but i wasnt doing it wouldi get banned?

also do i get lvl 50 if im in the game?

I haven't heard of that? But if you are a really low level and you do it you might get a suspension or banned from Halo, but I don't think you would get a permanent console or account ban just for that.

so if my friend was hosting it and i was in his party. i would get lvl 50 but also get banned?
