i just found this while randomly looking at the clan stuff in elite
"These rewards include a badge that is displayed in your clans showcase and clan clan XP. If your clan wins a champion badge, the players that finished in the top six of your clan for that operation will receive real prizes."
So yeah, they put the word clan twice... ain't I just the little perfectionist.
