I think if you have between 0-150 points you will be safe but if you over do it, such as -2000 or higher then you will have a higher chance of getting banned, you have took advantage of the glitch.

actually they won't be losing as much money as you think....the people getting banned already bought the game, so they already got all of there 60$ for the game, im sure a good fraction of those people also paid for COD Elite, so thats another 50$ that they got, the only money they will be losing is the amount of money these people could have spent on map packs, and there will probably be a fraction of those people who will just get a different gamertag and still play.
