I think he was going through all the new dvars and saw scr_notify "text he wanted" and that does not work :3

Well, My friend uses savegames and He has no clue about Iso modding.

Trust me, I saw welcome text when the game started. He could put it up whenever he wanted

I want to find that :idea: Dvar

(Im on a mission) O_o

Edit: It was not Un-Localized/Localized It was just like welcome text. In colours
