People might just not agree with his posts, for example, if someone asks a question and he answers it but its not the answer the original poster was looking for then they can thumbs down the post.
Well considering you have a high amount of useful compared to unuseful no you dont. Since he has posted over 200+ times in less then 2 days and his useful posts dont even come close to his entire post count I would say he spams.
