Let's see... It sucks. The lighting sucks balls, the text is plain, the colors suck, the "snow" or small blurred circles make no sense, the background is terrible, the whole piece sucks....

Ok what needs to be improved.

Bad lighting - Needs fixing
Bad textures - Need fixing
Bad flooring - Needs fixing.

im not his friend,im a follower,but it is bad i have pics that took 10 mins and they have shadows and all sorts and this looks like a 2 min job

This is why this board is a joke. He told you what was wrong, he doesn't have to baby you into telling you what to do specifically. Stop being a lazy complaining ass and look it up yourself.
