is it possible to unlock my iPhone 3G to any network without jailbreaking it?

Im pretty sure u only have to use n unlock program. Bt if u jb it u dnt have to use it. Just makes it easier to use it on any carrier

Go to a local phone store they should do it but it can cost quite a bit of money.

Use ultrasn0w to unlock it

Be warned though that messing around with the baseband's can brick your phone
