I know that there are posts about it alreasy and they are explaining the glitch badly.
Here is a good explanation:
Steps:
1-Make 2 classes, one with the Support package and one with the Assault package.

2-In the Support class, mark your 3 point streaks as UAV, Advanced UAV, and a Juggernaut.

3-In the Assault class, mark your 3 sreaks UAV, Care Package, and I.M.S.

4-The setup is done, now go into a online game (I suggest playing Domination or Demolition due to how long they last).

5-Use the support class first and get the UAV, Advanced UAV, and Juggernaut. DO NOT USE ANY OF THESE YET!!!

6-When you have your Juggernaut, switch over to you Assault class and get all of your streaks (UAV, Care Package, and I.M.S.).

7-Now call in your Jugernaut.

8-When you have it equipped, pull out a care package and hold the right trigger so you are about to throw it, DO NOT THROW THE CARE PACKAGE YET!!!

9-Now, press up or down on the D-pad to hover over another streak.

10-Now release the trigger to throw the package. You will notice that your care package is still there. You can do this for all of the streaks you have earned in the game and the streaks from the carepackages!!!

Cool Tut but it seems pointless to get all those kill when you could've just gotten carepackages faster the normal way...
