You may receive a strike/warning if you are caught modding but im pretty sure you can't get banned for doing the glitch

Making use of glitches on Skyrim is safe and unbannable as its an offline game, but if you are caught modding, so getting all skills to 1000 and infinite health, magika, stamina and that kind of thing, you will recieve a strike to your account.

This is just stupid...no you will not be banned EVER for modding a single player game and the kids that said they received some type of warning or ban probably won't admit to the other things they have done, they are most likely the kids that say "I was banned from CoD and don't know why" then you check their stats and all they did was boost. In short feel free to enjoy this game to the fullest with all of the mods in the world. You will NOT be banned.
