It's only useful to Xbox consoles running debug software (devkits). It will not connect to retails/JTAG/RGH.

It will connect if you have the plugin for dashlaunch.

I have the plugin but the Xbox360 Neighborhood still says "...Not Found"

That isnt ur xbox ip,. thats the ip for every console. the ip is totally different.

I know, i meant that thats the ip which says on the xbox and on my pc it says 192.168.0.3

Have you connected both your jtag and computer to the same router? And as for the IP, you would have to use the one listed in either xex menu, freestyle dash, or in your system settings.

Yes they are both connected to the same router. The jtag is connected with a Ethernet cable and the PC is connected via Wireless adapter.

i have exacly the same problem! when i installed dashlaunch i just clicked A for everything the first time but then ichanged the settings and it still didnt work?

To be honest, I wouldn't even suggest this one. Firstly, the guy who 'released' it is an idiot who was taking credit for it, it's not the proper one and contains many bugs.
The person who released it also thaught it could get you online. lul.

I have the 'private?' one, I guess you could say which allows proper and more functions than the released one.
Such as Screenshot, rebooting, browse files, memory editing, explore full Jtag files (HDD and FileSystem), boot games by clicking the .xex from my PC and so much more.
