Damn thats slow, well I would contact your ISP and get better internet, i would also go on your router page and make sure all your settings are at there max, and i would restart your router and modem.

Don't give this guy your info.
All you can do is get a better internet package. Or try clearing your cache, it won't help too much though.
Poor advice.
Since your on Virgin Media, I believe the slowest package they offer still is the 10Mb package. Which means your download speed should be around that.
The best advice I would give is open a thread on the Virgin Media forums here:

They mainly look at your Power Levels from your local exchange box to see if the fault lies there.

Okay I don't really get how everyone thinks I'm giving bad advice. When people ask for your info like that it is generally not a good idea to give it to them. It's like saying I can give you money if you give me your bank account number and password.
Am I wrong? I don't see you guys giving him any ideas.

there are certain things that are ok and not ok to give to a person about your info on your router.
in this case, what he is asking for will not harm his what so ever.
know what you are talking about, before you start giving faulty advice.

It depends on the router. The "Advanced" tab could show any number of things. If it showed some sensitive information the OP could potentially be in trouble.
Apparently people think giving out random information is good. Whatever, I'm done posting on this thread.
