I have Motion Flex v2.1 and the prestiges arent sticking on people. If u know why please comment so i can host again

i assume you mean aren't sticking
to activate the prestige press up on the dpad BEFORE they choose there prestige
once done this end the game
make them go onto multiplayer and get one kill and one death
this then makes it stick
if they are 11th prestige they cant be deranked
