All you need to do is get a recon juggernaut and a prdator missile and when you are in the recon jug u must open the pred missile And kill yourself with the pred while the jug suit is on, getting the pred and jug is a bit difficult, all you need to do is get a recon jug call it im and them switch class to assualt predator class and earn the pred while in the jug i suggest hardline!
The glitch works because when u kill urself with the jugg the game does not register your death and when u spawn u have -100 health so u cannot be killed]

you cant kill urself with the pred even as a headshot unless you are pre wounded which counts as an assist and does not give u invincibility fake
