You have to either buy a new online pass from the marketplace, or get one from your friend. Hope this helped.

signin on web app then click get help then go on live chat and tell them you got fifa12 today but there was no live code inside the case ......profit!!!!!

he didnt ask for one he was asking for help... if its spare gift it him and if he is greaful for the gift he could reward you with gold, rep or other things its completly up to him...
