Pointless to be honest because its your fault for glitching/cheating/modding the game. In the terms and conditions it says you cannot do it. If you have bought Call of Duty: Elite you will just get it.

1. If there is a glitch in the game its their fault, therefore that cant ban us

2. I dont know about you but when i started MW3 i wasn't prompted with a message saying "here are our terms of use" and i wasn't forced to agree to any of IWs or Activisions terms. No terms of use that we must agree to, no bans.

I think Robert Bowling is saying on twitter that they will ban just so people will be scared and stop doing th glitch. I don't think he will ban unless people continue to exploit the glitch.

So they are going to leave all these people with loads of double xp and all the weapons and and perks and stuff. i dont think so some how.
