You should make multiple winners, like 2 or 3.

or how about, 1 million for 5 people, so like a million each!?
then with the remainder give someone 300k?
and then then maybe 10 IFS for two people?
and maybe the odd few players to the higer donaters? which means more people will want to donate if they get something back for donating more?
