You hit the nail on the head almost, It is NOT a break if you go a word to the right BINGO a penile fracture is caused by the rupture of the tunica albuginea. Not a break

To clear it up Fracture has 2 definitions 'break' and 'rupture' but your previous link was referring to this case as a break fracture, which it is not
