hello ppl could someone please explain what the NOR and PGR switch on the coolrunner is used for thanks

NOR is normal, set it to this to be, well, normal operation. PRG is program, this is to program the coolrunner.

just i have already programmed the coolrunner and was asking for info for someone else as someone said that the coolrunner could be programmed while the NOR is selected
