Have you actually tried removing the programme then re-installing it?
whenever i download it, its not a install version :L its just like you click on Photoshop then it opens:)

Right... go to start. go to control panel.. click on remove programme.. find Photoshop.. remove it.. get the Photoshop from where you did and then you will have to install it :L guessing your using the trial version which came with your pc???..... just get GIMP kid photoshops for the experienced people not YOU!!!
