change your profile security setting in the account menu i believe. or on the website

Your privacy settings are set up so people can't read your bio, you should be able to change it from the dashboard ;)

To change your profile settings on the new Dashboard, scroll to the "settings" section of the Xbox Dashboard, then find and click "Privacy". Next click "Change Settings", then select "Custom" or "Customize".

To let everyone see you bio change "Profile Sharing" to "Everyone". Then change "Profile Viewing" to "Everyone".
(You may also have to change "Game History" to "Everyone". For some reason, I remember having a problem with it on my bio.)
After all that is done, press (B) and hit "Save and Exit", then you should be signed out then signed back in. At this point everyone should be able to see your bio.
