I need input on good gaming laptops that are fast without any lag at all. I'm looking to get an Alienware m17x, but is there any better laptop out there?? Any input at all besides hate posts would be much appriciated.

Gaming and laptop should not go together. The m17x is very expensive and huge. You won't really be able to use it like a laptop. You could build a much better desktop for literally half the price.

Get a windows 7 laptop and upgrade the chip...
