Yes this is true. DMT is released when you sleep as well, thus dreams. I read this story where this guy got hit by a car, and was dead for 1 Hour, he described it as some sort of 'trip' but cannot remember much of it.
To me this kinda blows the theory of heaven and hell out of the water, because when you die your brain releases this drug and it will create what you believe in after you die. You'll also be in a dream like state, so you wont know that you're dead.
We know so little about the way high doses powerful hallucinogens affect our mind, such as DMT, so this could be completely untrue. But to me this is most plausible explanation about dying.

I've been doing research about this too, and im amazed that someone else shares my view. Strangely enough in 14 as well
