No they wont send anything, only thing that can mess up is if you turn your device off if you have a tethered jailbreak

i was thinking the same, im not sure but the chances are likely if apple see that you have got loads of apps for free. I think you can get away with it on ipod.

You mean semi untethered?
You can just charge it then if its semi untethered
No need to plug it into a computer like you would for a tethered jailbreak

locking should be fine. ive never herd a problem with locking it but charge your ipod regularly. even with semi tethered is may get f**ked up it the battery runs out

Yeah its semi untethered,what so if it runs out of battery i just plug it in again and can i turn it off aswell?

If it runs out of battery then just charge it as you normally would
