Yeah you can, I used Redsn0w, but all jailbreaks are tethered at the moment though. That means if your device turns off or if the powers goes out on the device, you have to reboot it through redsnow

Your going to need to go to redsn0w's official website and download their program from here

Yes, but its semi-thethered...which means your going to need to do a lot of re-booting
