It's very simple.
Basically, you need 4 or 8 people and it needs to be Squad Rush. Hardcore works, but it's not necessary.
Good maps would be Seine Crossing or a Back to Kharkand Map, if you have 4 players.
Seine Crossing is very easy to navigate and there's a section where you can both be in two groups and be close, but avoid friendly fire.
Two groups stand in squares, 4 players in each group.

BOTTOM LEFT kills TOP LEFT
TOP RIGHT revives TOP LEFT
TOP RIGHT kills BOTTOM LEFT
BOTTOM RIGHT revives BOTTOM LEFT
BOTTOM RIGHT kills TOP RIGHT
And so on. Basically, the person who killed your partner you kill. Make sure not to mess up because if you get far and have a Nemesis bonus of over 2000, it can be very frustrating if you kill the wrong person.
Note: The only way to lose your Nemesis bonus is by leaving the game or the person you have been killing kills you. Remember to drop the Support kit near where you are, if people run out of ammo, you can give them ammo.
