you could import you MW3 data onto a USB and wait for the ban wave to finish then download it back onto your xbox it might stop you from getting banned

its an idea dont flame

p.s worked on fifa with the pack glitch so not sure about COD

So what we do is put our Savegame and anything else involving MW3 cuz I'm going to try this, also the ban wave is tommarrow right???

That wouldn't work as it's server based, not console base, otherwise they'd have to go to your house to directly ban you.

Either way no one is going to get banned.

Fifa is also server based but people including myself got banned just a thought
