who cares about banning. fix the spawning and hit markers. mw3 is a crappy game.

They should handle all of this like they did on MW2, just fix the probably and move on. Cage match boosting was a huge probably but did they reset or ban? No, they fix the probably, then moved on and with most people that was agruable the best game in the Call of Duty franchise. They are making customers mad, and losing business. If they issue bans on January 2nd, 2012 then they are stupid with a DLC coming out 2 weeks later, Temp, Perma bans=NOT good for business.

only a small percentage of those people will actually quit COD if they get perma banned, most will probably just make a new account and still get the DLC, and the DLC is getting released on jan 24th for ELITE premium user's so the DLC doesnt officially release till after that date(wheneverf they decide to release it to everyone too purchase for MSP's)
