I think the best would be to get an external hard drive that only uses a USB as a power sorce. That way you just format it to FAT32 on your computer and plug it into the back of the jtag.
I recommend a Seagate HDD like this [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
I have that kind of external hard drive and it is usefull because you can remove the SATA to USB conector without having to take it apart.

ahh sounds cool, thanks man but thats a little to expensive for what im looking for.

He's using a SATA 3.5' drive which requires a sata power cable (which the xbox doesn't have). 360's use 2.5' drives, commonly found in laptops.
To make the drive work you need to solder a new sata and sata power cable to the motherboard.
