How to do:
Get desired killstreak/carepackage
Do not call in
Highlight the killstreak/carepackage
Press Y twice fast (just YY) when you are ONE OFF the next killstreak reward(like a pred)
Get a kill
You have now duplicated the killstreak/carepackage
