Step 1: Go into Cydia and search for "FreeSync" all one word.

Step 2: Tap the one that isn't highlighted in Blue as that's the one from the iHacksRepo.

Step 3: Install the tweak as you would any other tweak.

Step 4: Restart your springboard from Cydia.

Step 5: Open up "Settings" and look for "FreeSync".

Step 6: Tap it and enable it.

Step 7: If you would ike a little black box to appear in the middle of your springboard when your device starts syncing, enable the "HUD" option in FreeSync from Settings.

Step 8: Test by Syncing some music/apps.

NOTE: While your device is syncing, do not go into the Music, App Store, or Cydia, as this may cause some corrupt files.

It's the closest thing we have to iOS 5 on iOS 4 with a decent Jailbreak so far. More tutorials soon.
