It isn't the staff's fault that the majority of giveaways were used to gain rep and (or) thanks. Blame the incompetent members, not the staff.

They have to become more strict. And the reason is because a site with 600,000+ members and growing needs to be kept running efficiently.

We're not becoming more strict in my eyes at all - Infact, I think we're starting to do a better job cracking down on rule-breakers.
We volunteer our time to keep TTG in order and without us...well...it wouldn't be very pretty. We do think through EVERY action we take but it is not any of your concern if we're becoming to "strict"
