hey guys, Jimmy here..

i am in need of some help, i got some turtle beach x12's for christmas and they don't seem to be playing game audio through the headset only the tv and i have change 'prefrences' to 'play through headset'.

anyone help me?

Did you make sure all the wires are correct such as the red and white

Also you make sure the green audio cord is hooked up too

that's what i already had done, with the green wire and the usb cable plugged in ;)

i have already used google and it wasn't my friend..
